PAYMENTS
Below you will find information about the available payment methods, order processing times and delivery costs in the ProbioDay® store.
We process orders within the territory of Poland only. Prices are shown in Polish zloty (PLN) and are gross prices, i.e. they include VAT.
In our store you can choose from several convenient payment methods. The availability of a particular payment method may depend on the selected delivery method, the order value and the payment operator's settings. All available payment methods are shown when placing an order, before it is paid for.
1) Bank transfer
Payment for the ordered products is made by bank transfer before the goods are shipped.
The payment is processed by the bank and may take from a few minutes to several business days, depending on the type of transfer and the banks involved in the transaction.

In the transfer title, please state the order number that you received in the e-mail confirming your order.
2) Electronic payment via the PayU system
You can pay for your order quickly and conveniently online via the PayU platform.
PayU allows funds for purchases in our online store to be transferred quickly, which speeds up order processing.
It is a secure payment method that removes the need to enter bank details manually. The electronic payment methods currently available are shown when placing an order.
3) BLIK
Customers placing orders in Poland can use BLIK payment, if this method is available when placing the order.
BLIK payment is processed by the payment operator and allows the order to be paid online quickly.
4) Deferred payment via PayPo
For selected orders, the Buyer may use deferred payment via PayPo, if this method is available when placing the order.
The service is provided on the terms specified by the PayPo operator.
5) Deferred payment via Twisto
For selected orders, the Buyer may use deferred payment via Twisto, if this method is available when placing the order.
The service is provided on the terms specified by the Twisto operator.
6) Payment on delivery
For selected delivery methods, the Buyer may use payment on delivery, if this option is available when placing the order.
Payment on delivery may involve a higher delivery cost. The current cost of this method is always shown in the shopping cart and when placing the order.
DELIVERY
We ship orders from our online store within the territory of Poland only.
Deliveries are made via InPost, DPD or other courier companies available when placing an order.
We process orders as quickly as possible, in line with the time indicated for the given delivery method.
Goods are usually shipped within 24 hours of the payment being credited or the transfer being confirmed, on business days. The maximum shipping time is up to 3 business days, unless indicated otherwise for a given product or delivery method.
In the case of payment on delivery, the order processing time is counted from the moment the order is confirmed for processing.
We inform you about the dispatch of the parcel by e-mail, sending a notification to the e-mail address provided in the order form. The approximate cost and delivery time are shown when placing an order.

Orders with a value above PLN 149 gross, paid in advance by bank transfer or by electronic payment, are shipped free of charge at our store's expense.
Free delivery does not apply to payment on delivery, unless expressly indicated otherwise when placing the order.
The current payment methods, available delivery methods, delivery costs and the total order amount are always shown in the shopping cart and when placing an order, before it is paid for.
